Internal Job Opportunity: Compliance Analyst 

Job Summary:

As a Compliance Analyst at Complete Health Advisors, you will be integral to ensuring that our operations align with legal standards and internal policies, particularly in the complex landscape of health insurance. Your role will involve monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on the company's compliance with laws and regulations, as well as assisting in the development and implementation of compliance programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory Monitoring and Analysis: Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control. Review and evaluate company procedures and reports to identify hidden risks or common issues.
  • Compliance Audits and Reviews: Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to legal standards and internal policies. Prepare detailed reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Policy Development Support: Assist in the development, implementation, and enhancement of compliance policies and procedures across the organization.
  • Training and Support: Help design and deliver compliance training programs to all employees. Provide support to staff to ensure understanding of compliance protocols and legal limitations.
  • Compliance Engagement: Work closely with internal teams to ensure compliance issues are understood and resolved promptly. 
  • Investigation and Reporting: Assist with investigations into compliance issues and prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as required.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain documentation of compliance activities, such as compliance discrepancies founded, received, or investigated on.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct periodic risk assessments and report back to management with significant findings along with recommendations for mitigating such risks.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of industry practices and professional standards. Familiarity with operationals, and thorough knowledge on Compliance.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using advanced CRM software, HealthSherpa, TLD, and other tools relevant to compliance and investigations.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret and explain complex legal requirements. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial.
  • Effective Communication: You must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to convey information clearly and persuasively. This role requires the ability to effectively communicate complex regulations and policies to a diverse audience, ensuring clarity and understanding across all levels of the organization.
  • Professional Demeanor and Patience: The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of professionalism and patience in all interactions. You should be adept at managing stressful situations without conflict, maintaining composure, and fostering a cooperative work environment. This includes handling potentially contentious issues with calmness and diplomacy, ensuring all discussions are productive and respectful.
  • Consistent Attendance: Reliability in attendance is crucial for this role. You are expected to maintain exemplary punctuality and attendance to ensure that compliance responsibilities are managed effectively and without interruption. Regular attendance is essential to provide continuous support and guidance to our team and to uphold the integrity of our compliance programs.

Compensation:

Monthly Payment: $4,000
Bonus: Monthly bonus based on profit share
Stipend: After being with the company for 6 months you get a $250 stipend.
