Role Summary:

In the role of a Licensed Health Insurance Advisor specializing in Marketplace insurance, you will be instrumental in aiding our clients to navigate and select appropriate health insurance plans from state and federal marketplaces. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Conducting sales consultations via phone utilizing the Total Lead Domination (TLD) CRM and dialer system.
  • Undertaking client consultations to gauge their health care requirements and financial capacities.
  • Offering professional advice on the spectrum of options within Marketplace plans.
  • Clarifying intricate insurance details, coverage specifics, and associated costs in a straightforward manner.
  • Keeping abreast of the latest developments in the healthcare sector, particularly regarding Marketplace insurance.
  • Collaborating with our team to guarantee a smooth and effective client journey.

Requirements:

  • Provision of personal equipment for initial training, with the option to continue using personal equipment or receive company-provided gear.
  • A mandatory internet connection with a minimum 100 Mbps download speed (proof via speed test required).
  • An active and valid health insurance license.
  • FFM certification for the upcoming year (with an understanding to update certification as required).
  • Have your own equipment to work from, working desktop/laptop ( No macbook air or Chromebooks)
  • Second display is recommended for ease of maneuvering through multiple programs.
  • Demonstrated ability in marketing and elucidating health insurance plans, particularly those related to the Marketplace.
  • A thorough comprehension of health insurance laws, policies, and practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, aimed at effectively assisting clients in informed decision-making.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and precision in document and application management.
  • Capacity to autonomously and collaboratively work in a dynamic setting.
  • Competency in utilizing relevant technological tools and software for client management.

Production Requirements:

  • Maintain and achieve a minimum of 200 sales monthly
  • Other KPI metrics include: CPA of $100 or less and a Billable percentage of 35%

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Contracts: We have 3 contracts that offer competitive earning potentials. You will have a new hire nesting period compensation package to start off with. Once your nesting period is over you can then select between a hourly & commission contract or choose to go full commission only. Your choice of how you like to get paid!
  • Longevity Bonus: A stipend awarded after six months of continuous employment.
  • Earning Potential: Annual income ranging from $72,000 to $144,000+, contingent on sales performance.
