Role Overview:

As an Assistant Sales Coach, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales agents and enhancing our sales operations. Your main responsibilities will include backpacking agents during their sales calls, providing feedback to sales managers and coaches for targeted training, and maintaining high team morale. You will be the backbone of the team, ensuring smooth operation and helping to identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

    • Conduct review sessions of 10 call sprints with sales agents to ensure quality and compliance.
    • Provide coaching on minor issues and escalate more significant needs to senior coaches.
    • Maintain and boost team morale through positive engagement and support.
    • Ensure punctuality and participation in all team meetings and activities, with camera presence required.
    • Collect and analyze specific call data to assist in focused coaching efforts.
    • Manage spiff tracking and monitor CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) to identify agents requiring additional support.
    • Keep a vigilant eye on team chat, answering questions and facilitating communications.
    • Participate in and contribute to breakout sessions with coaching staff.
    • Compile data necessary for coaching reports and agent progress updates.
    • Act as a positive role model for agents, embodying the company's values and work ethic.
    • Communicate any inconsistencies or areas of concern in call sprints to the management team.
    • Collaborate with the compliance team to gather feedback on agents' performance and conduct meetings with agents to emphasize the significance of adhering to compliance standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales support role or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Positive attitude and the ability to inspire others.
  • Proficiency in sales and performance tracking software.
  • Reliable and disciplined with a strong sense of responsibility.

Compensation:

  • Salary: A monthly payment of $4,000.
  • Stipend: A monthly stipend of $250.
  • Bonuses: Team performance-based bonuses, contingent on team production and metrics.
